Don't buy this if you have a ds lite, it is for the older original version of the ds. i don't know if this is a good product or not since i have a lite and could not use it.
Does not contain power cord
I expected to get a charger. Instead I got a dock that works with a charger. If you don't have a power cord for your DS, this does not give you a way to charge the DS.

Great Investment
The Pro Gamer's Case for DS is sturdy and has plenty of room inside. There are felt compartments sized specifically for Nintendo products. The Nintendo DS fits perfect as does the Game Boy Advance SP. However, the SP fits in the top center slot instead of the upper right slot as pictured. The price is a bargain considering what you're protecting. The top of the case also has a mesh liner to hold extra games, accesories, etc. This was a great purchase.
Great case, very convenient
This case holds my DS (original), several games, charger, and earphones. There's room for much more. It's sturdy, closes tightly, has well-made latches, and looks nice.

I Was Surprisingly Pleased
This was purchased as a birthday present for my 8 year old son. His sister had bought him a Nintendo DS Lite and the Hulk game and some accessories. I found this on Amazon for UNDER $[...]! I was a little wary, because of the price, but, I was amazed when the case arrived. Very sturdily constructed and very roomy. Able to hold all the games, the player, the accessories, plus plenty of room for future purchases. I had even bought him 4 games from Amazon at the same time I purchased this case. Well worth the money spent. Recommended for anyone who has a Nintendo DS/Lite! This is his "home" storage case. He has a "backpack" case to take with him when we go somewhere and he wants to take a game with him. Teaches him to put his games up and take care of them.

Bad choice
The handle on the case broke within 24 hours. My child was so looking forward to a place to keep everything together. It was a big disappointment. Themanufacturer should have put a bit more care into how the case was put together, after all even though it isn't a toy per say, it is housing an expensive piece of electronics.
Worst Product Ever!
This was the worst product I ever bought! The ear phones don't stay in your ears, the safe screen never stays on the screen, and the case cracked just when I dropped it on carpet! The product description says that it is an aluminum case. When I dropped it and it broke, I looked inside and found that it was made of corrugated cardboard! I don't reccomend this product at all! Spend the twenty dollars on something else!
Not bad, with a few enhancements...
I really like this case from a design perspective. It's extremely sturdy, easy to open without running the risk of it opening accidently, and pretty lightweight. There are several compartments inside which can be used to store all your accessories, and both a DS and a Gameboy Advance SP unit. My AC cable, car charger, and both systems fit very well inside.
This case has a few drawbacks, however. The DS seems to rattle back and forth when the case is lifted by the handle and carried vertically. Also, there's no reasonably sized compartment for games... you have to either toss them into the netting attached to the top cover, or listen to them rattle around in the bigger compartments. There is a solution to this problem, however.
I went to the local crafts store and bought some standard egg-crate style foam. It's very cheap and easy to cut. I glued a small piece to the top of the case to secure the DS in place, and used the rest to resize the compartments to better fit my games. I used velcro for that, as I may need to re-cut the foam as my game collection grows. It worked wonderfully, and now there's no rattling at all and I'm confident that everything is safe inside.
Overall, this is a very good case that, with a little work, can become an excellent case. For the price of the case, plus the price of the foam (I paid $2.00 for enough), it's definitely worthwhile.
